ATB Rules and Resources
ATB listing board serves as a private governance listing venue for companies to demonstrate, certify, and
document their good standing with principles and best practices on corporate governance. Through its
governance functions, ATB opens to its listed companies access to European markets and trade opportunities.
ATB promotes equitable principles of trade, supports effective and open markets, and protects corporate and public stakeholders. Some of these supervisory functions are performed directly by ATB, others are performed by ATB Designated Advisors or other affiliate organizations pursuant to ATB Rules.
The documents below represent ATB’s official publications that are current as of the date of publication or at such subsequent date as is specified in such publication.
