The initials “CCP” stand for “ Cherry Chili Pepper” – the signature product offering. CCP AG is engaged in wholesale of “delicacy” product categories: Savory Grocery, Sweet Grocery, Chilled and fresh food. The company sources its production from propriatory and contracted plants in South Africa for further proceeds in the EU.
The company has been set up in Decembre 2004 and has been admitted to ATB listing in Q3.2021. CCP procures high- quality food of vegetarian kind and South African origin for proceeding purposes. The main consumers are industrial firms of the food industry focusing on “delicacies”, catering businesses and large distributors within and outside the EU.
The range of products bridges important supply gaps in the gastronomic segment. The introduced products are being developed and produced in South Africa – exclusivly for CCP. Organoleptic testing, shelf-life tests and microbic analyses precede their conveyance into the open market. Thanks to an advanced manufacturing process (“cold process”) the CCP products loose their outstanding properties neither during packaging nor during long storage times. Firmness to the bite, crunchiness and freshness are being preserved by latest technology.
